Joe Harris
Having had a passion for Musical Theatre since a young age, in 2021 Joe auditioned and successfully gained an offer to attend the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) Sixth Form College, where he gained a UAL Level 2 Diploma and Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performing and Production Arts.
At the start of 2023, Joe auditioned for many drama schools, receiving offers from places such as The Hammond and Italia Conti. Feeling that it suited him best, Joe decided to accept an offer with GSA (Guildford School of Acting) on their BA Honours Musical Theatre Degree, where he is still currently studying.
However, none of this could have been possible without the help and support from On The Mark Youth Theatre. Joining in 2018, he appeared in numerous productions such as The Addams Family, Magic of The Musicals, Whistle Down the Wind, Matilda, and Elf. Later he returned as assistant choreographer for Everybody’s Talking About Jamie.
Joe hopes that, as he joins the creative team, he too can help young performers on their journey.
