Weekly Sessions

Spring:

• Saturday 4th January - Saturday 5th April (12 weekly sessions).
• Note - No sessions on Saturday 15th February or Saturday 22nd February, due to half term.

Summer:

• Saturday 26th April - Saturday 19th July (11 weekly sessions - see below)
• Note - The session on 12th July will be 10:00am-4:00pm to make up the twelfth session.
• Note - No sessions on Saturday 24th May or Saturday 31st May, due to half term.

Additional Rehearsals

Monday 11th August, 10:00am-4:00pm

Tuesday 12th August, 10:00am-4:00pm

Technical Rehearsals/Dress Rehearsals

Thursday 14th August, 12:00pm-10:00pm (at Storyhouse, Chester)

Performances

Friday 15th August - 2:00pm & 7:00pm

Saturday 16th August - 2:00pm & 7:00pm

Note - All cast members will appear in at least one matinee and one evening performance. Some cast members may appear in more than two performances. Parents have been emailed the details of which performances their child is appearing in.

Fees

The cost is £504 for the two terms, in total, payable in one of the three following ways:  

Option 1: 4-Weekly

Six instalments of £84, on or before the following dates:

• Saturday 4th January (Week 1, Spring)
• Saturday 1st February (Week 5, Spring)
• Saturday 15th March (Week 9, Spring)
• Saturday 26th April (Week 1, Summer)
• Saturday 7th June (Week 5, Summer)
• Saturday 5th July (Week 9, Summer)

Option 2: Termly

Two instalments of £252, on or before the following dates:

• Saturday 4th January (Week 1, Spring)
• Saturday 26th April (Week 1, Summer)

Option 3: Single Payment

A single payment of £504, on or before Saturday 4th January (Week 1, Spring).

Additional Rehearsals

• Saturday 22nd November - This rehearsal will be extended and run from 10am-4pm

Technical Rehearsals/Dress Rehearsals (Attendance is required)

• Wednesday 3rd December - 6:00pm - 10:00pm (Technical Rehearsal)
• Thursday 4th December - 6:00pm - 10:00pm (Dress Rehearsal)

Performances

• Friday 5th December (7:00pm. Cast needed from 6:15pm)
• Saturday 6th December (2:00pm. Cast needed from 1:15pm)

Christmas Party

The OTMYT Christmas Party takes place on the Saturday evening (6th December), following the afternoon show. Times are 7:30pm-11:00pm and all OTMYT members, and families, are invited. It's a really lovely evening.

Fees
