Mia Scholes
Mia has always loved performing arts and enjoys working towards putting on shows to entertain audiences. She joined Stagecoach Arts Theatre from the age of 7 and performed in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat at the Palace Theatre, Manchester and performed with the choir at Disneyland Paris.
Years later, Mia joined Theatretrain allowing her to explore her hobby further by performing in a variety of shows at Theatr Clywd and the Forum Studio Theatre.
In 2019 Mia jumped at the chance to join OTMYT for their production of Magic of The Musicals which she loved so much that she continued her performing arts journey with them by playing Swallow in her last OTMYT production; Whistle Down the Wind.
Mia also studied Performing Arts academically, achieving a Distinction* at both BTEC Level 1/2 (Years 10-11) and at Level 3 (sixth form). At the moment she is studying for a degree in Musical Theatre at Leeds Conservatoire.
Mia also enjoys teaching after being a Young Leader with Girlguiding and helping run the drama club at High School. Mia is excited to combine two elements she loves and help members unlock their potential, like OTMYT has done for her.
